Pipedrive has introduced its pilot AI agentic experience to enhance sales efficiency and user experience, aligning with its vision to optimize sales processes. The proactive agent autonomously drafts personalized emails to advance deals, summarizes past conversations, explains recommended wording, and highlights key emails to ensure urgent leads and opportunities are never missed.
Looking ahead to 2025, Pipedrive plans to expand its agentic experience with new capabilities designed to enhance customer interactions, streamline workflows, provide smarter insights, and simplify daily tasks.
This initiative builds on the success of Pipedrive AI—a suite of AI-powered tools leveraging OpenAI and proprietary software—and Pipedrive Pulse, an AI-driven solution for prospecting and deal prioritization, currently in closed beta. A more advanced version of Pulse is set to launch in Spring 2025, offering even greater support for sales teams.
