According to Pipedrive's 2024 State of AI in Business report, nearly half of sales professionals struggle to identify leads with buying intent, with prospecting and lead management being key areas where AI proves most valuable. The main driver for adopting AI was increased productivity (79%), followed by gaining insights (42%) and enhancing customer interactions and satisfaction (41%). Time-saving abilities are essential for sales professionals, as delays in customer communication can lead to a loss of interest and negatively affect sales volume.
