Pipedrive makes Fast Company’s seventh annual list of the Best Workplaces for Innovators

Pipedrive, the simple and effective sales CRM built for small businesses, has been named to the 2025 Midsize Companies (100–999 employees) list as part of Fast Company’s annual Best Workplaces for Innovators program. Now in its seventh year, the program honors organizations that cultivate innovation at every level.
The 2025 Best Workplaces for Innovators list features 100 companies spanning industries such as technology, entertainment, biotech, consumer goods, marketing, education, and healthcare. To qualify, applicants detailed their innovation initiatives, internal development programs, and company culture. Fast Company’s editors evaluated all submissions, performed extensive research to assign scores, and a distinguished panel of judges reviewed the top-rated organizations.
“At Pipedrive, innovation isn’t limited to a specific department or role. We’ve fostered a culture where bold ideas, cross-functional collaboration, and customer-focused problem solving thrive at every level,” said Tanya Channing, COO at Pipedrive. “We believe trust is at the core of innovation—rather than letting fear of mistakes hold us back, we choose to trust our people. That trust empowers individuals to be authentic, take smart risks, and drive creativity and adaptability. Being recognized by Fast Company validates what we already know—our innovation stems from collective curiosity, purpose, and a shared drive to create industry-defining outcomes.”
“Each year, we’re inspired by organizations that prove innovation is no accident—it’s the result of intentional choices to empower people at every level,” said Brendan Vaughan, Editor-in-Chief of Fast Company. “The companies on this year’s list show that when creativity and risk-taking are encouraged, groundbreaking ideas inevitably follow.”
A standout example of Pipedrive’s innovation culture is its Pipedrive AI suite, a collection of tools designed to save time, enhance performance, and enable smarter decision-making in sales workflows. This initiative emerged from cross-functional collaboration among product, engineering, design, and customer-facing teams, united by a shared goal to address key customer pain points such as administrative overload, fragmented processes, and the need for more intelligent, efficient workflows.
Another example is Pipedrive’s commitment to employee well-being and professional growth through its Personal Coaching Program, which provides every employee with free, one-on-one sessions with in-house professional coaches—many of whom have backgrounds in psychology. Unlike typical third-party wellness programs, these coaches are fully embedded within Pipedrive, accessible to all employees without managerial approval, fostering personal growth and mental resilience.
Since its launch in 2019, Fast Company’s Best Workplaces for Innovators awards have recognized companies that create strong systems and structures to nurture ideas from any corner of the organization.
