NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang and Global Technology Leaders to Showcase Age of AI at GTC 2026
9 Mar 2026

A keynote by Jensen Huang, more than 1,000 sessions, and major breakthroughs across the AI technology stack will headline the world’s leading conference on Artificial Intelligence.

NVIDIA has announced that NVIDIA GTC, the world’s premier conference focused on AI and accelerated computing, will take place from March 16–19 in San Jose, California.

More than 30,000 participants — including developers, researchers, business leaders, and AI-native companies — are expected to attend from over 190 countries. The event will explore how Artificial Intelligence is evolving into essential infrastructure, helping drive the next industrial era.

“GTC is the epicenter of the AI industrial era,” said Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA. “AI is no longer a single breakthrough or application — it is essential infrastructure. Every company will use it. Every nation will build it. From energy and chips to infrastructure, models and applications, every layer of the stack is advancing at once, and you’ll see that all come to life at GTC.”

What to Expect at GTC 2026

Keynote: Jensen Huang will deliver the keynote address from the SAP Center on Monday, March 16, at 11 a.m. PT. During the session, the NVIDIA CEO will highlight the company’s latest innovations across the entire AI technology stack, including accelerated computing, AI factories, open models, agentic systems, and physical AI, while outlining the industry’s trajectory for the year ahead. The keynote will be livestreamed and later available on demand at NVIDIA’s official website. Online viewers can watch the presentation without the need for prior registration.

AI Is a Five-Layer Cake: NVIDIA GTC will highlight every layer of the AI ecosystem, from energy and chips to infrastructure, models, and applications. Through keynotes, sessions, and live demonstrations, participants will gain insight into how each layer supports its own network of partners, technologies, and skilled professionals. The event will also illustrate how the integration of these layers is fueling one of the most significant infrastructure expansions in modern history.

1,000+ Sessions: Sessions at NVIDIA GTC will explore how to build, scale, and optimize every layer of the AI stack, covering topics such as AI factories, large-scale inference, robotics, digital twins, scientific computing, quantum computing, and enterprise AI deployments. The discussions will also examine how these technologies integrate within real-world production environments. During the event, Jensen Huang will lead a panel on the latest developments in open frontier models and the future of AI. The session will feature industry leaders from organizations including Andreessen Horowitz (A16Z), Allen Institute for AI (AI2), AMP Coalition, Black Forest Labs, Cursor, Reflection AI, and Thinking Machines Lab.

GTC Live Keynote Pregame Show: The pregame show will feature discussions with industry leaders on the role of accelerated computing beyond AI, as well as the five-layer technology stack driving what is considered one of the largest infrastructure expansions in human history. The session will also explore the global ecosystem needed to support and deliver these capabilities at scale. Virtual participants can watch the pregame show live online on Monday, March 16, at 8 a.m. PT. Featured speakers include Aravind Srinivas, CEO of Perplexity AI; Harrison Chase, CEO of LangChain; Deepak Pathak, CEO of Skild AI; Daniel Nadler, CEO of OpenEvidence; and Arthur Mensch, CEO of Mistral AI.

Hands-On Training and Certification: Developers and engineers attending NVIDIA GTC will have the opportunity to build in-demand expertise across areas such as Artificial Intelligence, accelerated computing, networking, data science, and physical AI. The program includes nine full-day workshops, more than 60 hands-on labs, and onsite certification opportunities designed to strengthen technical skills. In addition, participants will have access to self-paced courses, educator-focused programs, and one-on-one training consultations. These initiatives aim to help develop the skilled workforce required to support the rapid expansion of global AI infrastructure.

Startups, Investors and the AI Ecosystem: More than 240 startups from the NVIDIA Inception program will showcase innovations across areas such as physical AI, robotics, generative AI, and enterprise applications at NVIDIA GTC. The event will also feature dedicated startup and venture-focused programming, including AI Day with leading venture capital firms and engagement sessions with NVentures. These initiatives are designed to connect founders and investors working across every layer of the AI industrial ecosystem.

Developer and Research Tracks:  At NVIDIA GTC, developers will have the opportunity to learn directly from engineers at NVIDIA and its partners, while connecting with the global ecosystem driving the next generation of AI applications. The program will include technical deep-dive sessions, CUDA workshops, and infrastructure-focused discussions covering large-scale model training, inference optimization, and the deployment of AI services across cloud, edge, and sovereign computing environments.

More than 150 poster presentations at NVIDIA GTC will showcase advanced research from the global Artificial Intelligence community, covering topics such as model innovation, robotics, systems architecture, and emerging AI applications.

AI Across Industries and Around the World: NVIDIA GTC will transform downtown San Jose into a large AI campus, with activities spread across 10 different venues. Cesar Chavez Park will host a Day and Night Market featuring food, entertainment, and live programming. Meanwhile, All-In Podcast will conduct interviews from the event floor on Wednesday, March 18.

On Thursday, March 19, Student and Community Day will invite the broader public to participate in the event at a discounted rate. In addition to the in-person activities, virtual programming with customized regional content will also be accessible through the online session catalog.

A Global Lineup of Leaders: Representatives from organizations involved across every layer of the AI industrial ecosystem — including cloud platforms, model laboratories, application developers, and robotics companies — will discuss how Artificial Intelligence is accelerating productivity and transforming industries worldwide at NVIDIA GTC.

Participating organizations include Adobe, Agile Robots, Agility Robotics, Allen Institute for AI (AI2), AMP Coalition, Black Forest Labs, Canva, CodeRabbit, Cohere, Crusoe Energy Systems, Cursor, Dassault Systèmes, Decagon, General Motors, Genspark, Google DeepMind, Hugging Face, IBM Research, idealworks, Inception Labs, Johnson & Johnson, Moonshot AI (Kimi), L'Oréal, Lucid Motors, Magic AI, Meta Platforms, Microsoft, OpenAI, Poolside, Physical Intelligence, Reflection AI, Runway, Siemens, Shopify, Snap Inc., Tesla, Together AI, Thinking Machines Lab, Uber Technologies, Universal Robots, U.S. Department of Energy, and Vention, among others.
