The Infinity Print Bed Conveyor's heated bed enables concurrent part printing, optimally utilizing print space. After each print cycle, the integrated roller rotates to release finished products, preparing the surface for subsequent production runs. The automated process streamlines the workflow, minimizing the need for manual intervention.

A built-in conveyor system converts into a print bed, allowing for extended, uninterrupted 3D printing. The robotic arm prints at a 45-degree angle as the conveyor belt advances incrementally in 1-degree increments after each layer deposited. This process allows for the creation of extended components bounded only by the workspace constraints. Attach support structures to the conveyor's starting end to print elongated objects with high accuracy.

The roller conveyor's bed boasts a sturdy aluminum subframe and a 5mm steel support, ensuring precision engineering at its core. The top plate features six high-power heater panels, each generating 750 watts, for even heat distribution throughout printing. A robust stepper motor powers the roller and is seamlessly integrated with the robot's central controller via Ethernet/IP connectivity. This roller conveyor measures 1.5 meters in length and 1 meter in width while maintaining a sturdy build and advanced functionalities.
