Microbot Medical® Bolsters Commercial Leadership Team with the Addition of Experienced Healthcare Officers

Microbot Medical Inc., the developer of the innovative LIBERTY® Endovascular Robotic System, has announced the appointment of two senior executives to complete the Company's U.S. commercial leadership team. These additions come alongside the recent appointment of Paul Mullen as Vice President of Sales, as the Company prepares for the U.S. commercial launch in anticipation of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) decision in the second quarter of 2025.

Allison Rosefort, an experienced leader in MedTech and healthcare marketing, has joined Microbot Medical® as Vice President of Marketing. In this newly established role, she will report directly to Harel Gadot, CEO, President, and Chairman, and will focus on the Company's downstream marketing and brand management strategies. With over 15 years of experience, Ms. Rosefort has a proven track record of driving double-digit revenue growth and successfully leading cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies. Before joining Microbot Medical®, she was Senior Director of Product Marketing & Commercialization at Topcon Healthcare, where she was responsible for go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, sales enablement, and marketing collateral. She has also held various roles at Integra LifeSciences, Byram Healthcare, and ConvaTec, a Bristol Myers Squibb company.

Additionally, Lisa Dobbins has been appointed as Director of Human Resources, a newly created role reporting to Naama Moav, Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Dobbins will play a key role in supporting the Company's commercial infrastructure and expanding its U.S. commercial team. She brings valuable experience from her previous role as HR Business Partner for Global Operations and Quality at Integra LifeSciences. She has also worked for other leading medical technology companies, helping to build high-performing teams focused on long-term growth.

Harel Gadot, CEO, commented on the new hires: "The addition of Allison and Lisa, along with the recent hiring of Paul, underscores our commitment to building a strong commercial leadership team. Our goal has always been to be ready to launch LIBERTY immediately after FDA clearance, and I am confident that we have the talent and expertise to successfully implement our commercial strategies."
