FPT launches first ASEAN Salesforce Center of Excellence, empowering financial institutions in Vietnam to become Agentic Enterprises
Global IT Corporation FPT has announced the launch of the first ASEAN Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) – Data & AI Innovation, as part of its expanded collaboration with Salesforce, the world’s leading AI-powered CRM platform. Based at FPT Tower in Hanoi, the center offers a dedicated space for financial institutions to explore, test, and implement practical data and AI solutions in banking.
The Salesforce CoE – Data & AI Innovation represents a key milestone in the partnership between FPT and Salesforce, combining FPT’s strong implementation capabilities with Salesforce’s unified platform. This collaboration is designed to help organizations move beyond experimentation to deliver real business value, while accelerating their transition into Agentic Enterprises. The center will also function as a joint innovation hub, enabling both companies to co-develop new applications. In addition, it will support capability building through hands-on training in Agentforce and Data 360, enhancing delivery expertise and helping Vietnam’s banking sector adopt agentic AI more effectively.
As Vietnam advances toward its goal of becoming a high-income economy by 2045, the digital transformation of its banking and financial services sector remains essential. Agentic AI is expected to play a crucial role in promoting financial inclusion, improving access to capital, and strengthening cross-border connectivity.
To support this transformation, FPT has invested heavily in developing Salesforce-related capabilities in Vietnam, including industry-specific accelerators, professional certifications, live demonstration environments, and validated use cases tailored to the financial services industry.
