Draganfly Inc., an award-winning developer of advanced drone solutions and systems, has announced the establishment of a collaborative framework with Babcock International Group PLC (LSE: BAB) and Critical Infrastructure Technologies Corp. (CSE: CTTT), operating through its subsidiary CiTech International Ltd. The collaboration aims to explore joint initiatives to enhance defense and security capabilities across the Asia-Pacific region and follows the recent signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement among the parties.

The partnership brings together complementary expertise spanning defense engineering, digital mission systems, and advanced unmanned aerial technologies. Babcock contributes extensive experience in mission-critical engineering, fleet sustainment, naval support, training, and the delivery of defense programs for governments and allied militaries worldwide. Critical Infrastructure Technologies, through CiTech, adds capabilities in high-assurance digital architectures, integrated sensor systems, and resilient decision-support platforms tailored for complex national security environments.

Draganfly will contribute its NDAA-compliant unmanned aerial systems, including the Commander 3XL, which offer multi-mission intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), rapid-response operations, and field-proven aerial intelligence. Together, the companies will assess opportunities aligned with regional priorities such as defense modernization, maritime and border security, disaster response, critical infrastructure protection, and enhanced multi-domain situational awareness.

“This collaboration represents a meaningful step in Draganfly’s continued expansion into the Asia-Pacific defense market,” said Cameron Chell, Chief Executive Officer of Draganfly. “By aligning our proven aerial systems with the established capabilities of Babcock and CiTech, we see significant opportunity to contribute to long-term defense modernization programs that require interoperable, high-assurance technologies. The demand for resilient, sovereign mission capabilities across the region continues to grow, and Draganfly is well positioned to support that evolution with dependable, mission-ready solutions.”

The Asia-Pacific region continues to emphasize sovereign capability, security resilience, and advanced rapid-response technologies. By combining the strengths of Draganfly, Babcock, and CiTech, the collaboration is well positioned to address these evolving requirements with interoperable, scalable, and mission-ready solutions. The parties will now move forward with evaluating targeted collaborations and joint program concepts tailored to the specific needs of the region.
