Building on the recently launched DJI Mic Mini 2, the new device is designed for creators who need reliable, high-quality audio in a compact and versatile format. The DJI Mic Mini 2S offers 32-bit float internal recording for up to 28 hours, 4TX + 1RX cross-generation connectivity, and two levels of AI-powered noise cancellation. These features make it suitable for a wide range of recording scenarios, including solo content creation, street interviews, podcasts, and multi-person productions.
True Sound, Secured Audio Capture
The DJI Mic Mini 2S provides creators with a more reliable way to capture audio, reducing the risk of losing important takes and allowing them to record once-in-a-lifetime moments with greater confidence, even in unpredictable environments. Its 32-bit float internal recording capability offers greater flexibility when adjusting dynamic sound levels during post-production. Creators can capture a wide range of audio, from quiet whispers to sudden loud sounds, without worrying about clipping. Each transmitter comes with approximately 14.5GB of built-in storage, providing up to 28 hours of recording time in the default 24-bit mode.
Clear Voices, Polished Sound
The DJI Mic Mini 2S gives creators greater control over their audio with features designed to deliver clear and consistent sound in different recording environments. Its two-level AI noise cancellation adapts to various conditions: the Basic level reduces indoor background noises such as fans, air conditioning, and reverb, while the Strong level suppresses intense outdoor noise to keep voices clear. To prevent sudden volume spikes, Clipping Control automatically reduces audio levels in unpredictable environments, while Loudness Balance maintains consistent output levels for interviews and live streams. Creators can also customize their sound using three voice tone presets — Regular for balanced and natural audio, Bright for enhanced clarity and presence, and Rich for a fuller, warmer tone — making it easier to produce polished audio with minimal post-production.
Flexible Multi-Person Creation
The DJI Mic Mini 2S is built to support more advanced and flexible recording setups. A single receiver (RX) can connect with up to four transmitters (TX) simultaneously, making the system ideal for roundtable discussions, podcasts, interviews, and small-group productions. It is also compatible with previous generations of DJI microphones, including Mic Mini and Mic Mini 2 transmitters, as well as the DJI Mic Series Mobile Receiver. This compatibility provides creators with a cost-effective way to expand and upgrade their existing equipment as they transition to multi-person content.
Ultra-Compact, Ultra-Capable
Compact, versatile, and discreet, the DJI Mic Mini 2S is designed to integrate seamlessly into a variety of workflows without getting in the way. Weighing approximately 12 g, the transmitter supports both clip and magnetic attachment options, allowing creators to wear it comfortably and position it close to the sound source. Its detachable magnetic front cover also gives creators the option to match the microphone with their outfits. First introduced with the Mic Mini 2, eight colorful magnetic front covers are available separately. For added creativity, the DJI Mic Mini 2S Time Series Magnetic Front Cover, created in collaboration with internationally renowned illustration artist Victo Ngai, features designs representing different stages of life and encouraging creativity throughout the audio journey. Seamless Integration Across the DJI Ecosystem
DJI Mic Mini 2S transmitters can connect directly to select Osmo cameras, including the Osmo Pocket 4P, Osmo Pocket 4, Osmo 360, Osmo Nano, and Osmo Action 6. Without the need for a receiver, the transmitters can deliver 48kHz 24-bit high-quality audio directly to these devices. The OsmoAudio Direct Connection simplifies the setup process for creators already using the DJI ecosystem, providing a streamlined, cable-free workflow that integrates seamlessly with DJI’s imaging products.
